Our Firm

The Glenn Planning Group was created in Miami Florida as a full-service employee benefits consulting practice. It moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 1979, when its founder, Steven Glenn, assumed the role as Branch Manager for a large financial services firm.

Active management of The Glenn Planning Group was assumed by Kathy Mathews-Glenn in 1998 as she transitioned from a Regional Management role at the Principal Financial Group. She added her group insurance knowledge to the existing Glenn Planning Group client base and added new clients for the firm.

The Glenn Planning Group’s management team expanded in 2009 with the addition of Tara Eulenfeld as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She brought years of experience in banking and investments to the practice.

In 2018, The Glenn Planning Group merged with Rogero & Associates, a full-service insurance and investment consulting firm. The Rogero family has a rich heritage in the Financial Services industry. Steve Rogero started with Prudential shortly after World War II and rose quickly through Home Office and Field Management ranks. He was followed by his son, Michael Rogero Sr, in the early 1970s, and by his grandson, Philip Rogero in 2011.
